Imagine owning your own tropical paradise? Now thanks to recent changes in the regime of Togo, West Africa, you can make this dream come true.
Now – before we go on it has to be pointed out that even under the new regime, Togolese law still prohibits land to be sold to non-residents of the country. However, due to a recently discovered loophole in the law (based on ancient West African tribal land right claims) the Kasper Stromman Exclusive Webshop can now offer to sell you an acre of land on this heaven on earth.
Owning an acre of tropical fantasy beach does unfortunately not automatically grant you permission to build on your acre, but you are free to name it in any way you wish (subject to approval by strict – but easily bribable – Togolese authorities) after which it will show up on satellite maps like Google Maps and the likes.
